Topical Solutions – Mass Urine Treatment
If you have an abundance of urine deposits across one or more rooms, we usually offer this service in order to remove surface traces of urine. This is usually a decent alternative to replacing the carpet which can be intrusive and costly.
In this process we start by applying a highly effective cleaning concentrate across the whole room. This urine specific cleaner dislodges and liquefies urine deposits breaking down the salts and oils deposited by the urine. After agitation and dwell time we steam extract the urine from the carpet fibers leaving the floor free of urine smells and deposits.
Now the floor has been cleared of urine deposits, we can apply our other detergents to help remove any remaining spots/stains/soils. Again the carpet is rinsed (steam cleaned) to ensure a thorough cleaning.
Spot by Spot Sub Surface Removal
For those areas that contain multiple deposits where your pet may be claiming the corner or commonly having accidents, we recommend an in depth cleaning solution to remove urine odors, stains, and deposits not only from the carpet but from the surface beneath it, the pad.
We start by marking these areas and applying large amounts of odor and stain remover products to the affected area. After letting the area dwell with the cleaning product, we use our sub-surface extractor to remove the urine deposits and cleaning solutions.
This process permanently removes pet odor contamination from carpet. In fact, you get guaranteed results from a single treatment!
Post Cleaning Stain Treatment
This is an option for those who may not desire to purchase extensive pet stain and odor treatments but would like the stain area to be cosmetically removed.
After a deep cleaning if urine stains persist we will use a post cleaning solution to remove the problematic spot. Though this is effective for removing stains, it does guarantee removal of salts, oils, and deposits created by the urine.
