Steam cleaning carpet is not as simple as owning a machine and in fact it’s not professionally called “steam cleaning” either. The proper name for our carpet cleaning system is “hot water extraction” because it uses very high temperature water to flush out and extract soils from the carpet.

We utilize a truck mounted cleaning machine like a lot of other cleaners but we clean unlike other cleaners. Our effort, knowledge, and tools are what really set us apart in the service of cleaning.

For instance one of our client’s said “the last cleaner said this black line wouldn’t come out” and she believed it until Spotless Flooring came along. The black line she was referring to is called a filtration line and is quite common. It’s also easy to remove if you know how.

Our cleaners at Spotless Flooring also understand that higher water pressure doesn’t mean better cleaning, it means wet carpet. Because higher pressures pushes soil and water deeper into the backing of carpet it stays wet longer. We use low pressure systems with high flow rates to flush carpet without over wetting. Essentially, we use more water but leave the carpet more clean and more dry.
